Visiting Hours
- Weekdays: 6pm-8pm daily
- Weekends: 10am-12pm and 6pm-8pm daily
To accommodate family and friends,
- Strictly only two visitors per patient, at any one time for strictly no more than two hours per visit.
- Children under 16 years (only one child at a time) may visit a patient in a 24 hour period for a maximum of two hours
- Masks are mandatory for all patients and visitors

Guidance regarding COVID-19
Visitor Information
Visitors will NOT be permitted if they:
- Have COVID-19, or have tested positive to COVID-19 in the previous 7 days.
- Have a cold or flu-like symptoms such as a cough, fever, sore throat or runny nose for at least seven days from symptoms onset, and then should ensure have a negative RAT before visiting.
- If the visitor thinks they may be a high risk for having acquired COVID-19, avoid visiting friends and family in hospital for 7 days after their exposure risk.
Exceptions to the guidelines can be made on compassionate grounds on a case-by-case basis, with approval of the hospital executive.
Patient Information
If you are coming to our hospital for a treatment or procedure, please note the following guidelines are currently in place:
- Please contact the hospital for advice if you develop any cold or flu symptoms PRIOR to your admission.
- Please contact the hospital if you are a close contact with a person who is COVID-19 positive.
- You will be screened before arrival and requested to advise your vaccination status.
- If you are unsure, please complete a RAT test and ensure a Negative result.
- During your admission if you develop any cold or flu like symptoms, please notify your treating staff immediately.
