We offer a trauma recovery treatment to help people better cope with the effects of traumatic events.
The Central Coast Clinic provides specialised treatment for PTSD, for patients in need of hospital admission, DVA patients, outpatient day programs and follow up programs to provide the skills to assist recovery.
Inpatient treatment
Our hospital offers inpatient services which involves admission under the care of a psychiatrist with admitting rights to the clinic.
Our team of healthcare professionals specialise in the assessment and treatment of patients with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Our three-week group-based PTSD program provides participants with the techniques and tools to positively reduce the symptoms and side effects associated with PTSD.

This program is designed to help people understand and manage symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) to help them learn how to change the unhelpful thoughts and beliefs maintaining the experience.
Trauma Recovery for Veterans with PTSD
This program is useful for people who have experienced traumatic events which may include, sexual assault, domestic violence, bullying, vehicle accidents, war combat, witnessing a traumatic event or events that threaten and/or overwhelm them. It allows you to increase your capacity to understand the impact of trauma, and manage symptoms which affect your life more effectively.
